Safe and respectful environement
The Faculty of Education at UJEP is committed to social values such as a safe creative, academic, and professional environment, gender equality, and, last but not least, generally respectful and dignified communication. It does not tolerate any form of sexualized or gender-based harassment or violence and expects all members of the academic community and staff to treat one another with mutual respect, consideration, and esteem.
What should I do as a student or employee if I have experienced or witnessed a situation that I believe constitutes inappropriate behavior contrary to the values mentioned above?
If you find yourself in such a situation, you can contact the Faculty’s designated contact person for social safety—the Faculty Coordinator for Equal Opportunities. They will listen to you, provide basic information and support, and help you navigate the options for further action. If necessary, they will also direct you toward other available forms of support at the faculty or university level.
