Mgr. Jan Kubíček

Jan Kubíček studied at Charles University in Prague, completing both his BA and MA in Teacher Education of English Language and Social Sciences. He has been teaching since 2017, gaining experience at both elementary and secondary schools. During his studies he spent one semester in Leeds, where he taught English to local Czech expatriates and assisted them in their language classes. His second specialization in Social Sciences has shaped his professional interests, particularly in culture and cultural studies, and in exploring ways of connecting English language teaching with topics from the social sciences. He is currently a full-time teacher at Gymnázium Teplice, where he teaches both English and Social Sciences.
